Minimal integration flow
- Create a full-duplex stream over UART, USB CDC, Bluetooth serial or a TCP serial bridge.
- Send a semicolon, wait 100 ms, then send RHI3;.
- Parse the handshake and check the CAT capability bit.
- Implement frequency, mode and state first; add PTT, display, keypad and squelch as needed.
- Test the 500 ms partial-frame timeout and resynchronization.
